EVENING WAVE Guns & Buns 8 Week Boot Camp

The Guns & Buns Bootcamp is an event hosted by Elevated Health & Fitness.  The boot camp will be tailored to focus on muscle building and fat loss, with targeted emphasis on arms and glutes.  Work-outs will take place twice a week for 8 weeks, plus an extra day on the front and back-end for assessments.  Saturday (August 5th) will be the initial assessment (for all participants interested in tracking progress and measurements), and Thursday (September 28th) will be the final assessment.  NOTE that the assessments will be an "open door" block of time.  If you are interested in tracking your results, simply come by at your convenience during the assessment time frame. All participants will receive a free T-Shirt at completion.  All levels are encouraged to participate - modifications are available if needed.

This registration link is for the EVENING wave, held at the stage on the Village Green from 5:30pm - 6:30pm on scheduled days. Note that days vary some weeks - please review the schedule.  Please bring an exercise/yoga mat to each class.  The addition of weight/resistance is recommended to maximize results, but is not required.  At your discretion, it is encouraged to bring a light-weight set of dumbbells (or resistance bands) and a heavy-weight set of dumbbells (or resistance bands) based on your level of fitness.  If desired, I will have varying resistance bands available for purchase ($3) at your initial assessment - please indicate your preference when you register!

Participation in boot camp is $375 a person.  Payment in full is required no later than August 5th.  Payment can be remitted by venmo (@ekbradford) or in person (check or cash).
