Online Coaching

Online coaching is the tool for the client who is a self-starter, knows their way around the gym, but just needs some help in getting closer to their health and fitness goals.  Online coaching is a monthly subscription that starts with training and nutrition, and check-ins are done weekly to make any necessary adjustments prior to the next week.

Training

The training aspect of the coaching program includes a custom workout for the client to complete on their own.  These workouts will require 4-5 weight training days a week. As part of the coaching program, the trainer is available to answer questions and provide guidance on any prescribed exercises that are unclear to the client to ensure proper execution and minimize risk of injury.

Nutrition

Diet is 80% of any weight goal (mass gain or fat loss).  At the start of the coaching program, the client will receive a detail meal plan from the trainer.  It is expected that the meal plan will be followed precisely.  Adjustments and review of the meal plan are necessary prior to starting the program and food allergies and preferences are considered by the trainer.

Weekly Check-Ins

Every weekend, we will check-in via a zoom call or email correspondence to review progress and discuss any issues or concerns that have come up during the week.  We will track weight, discuss the diet (appetite, execution, etc.), sleep and training, among other things.  Weekly progress pictures are also highly recommended.  Any adjustments to the plan will be provided with 24 hours of the check-in.

Online Coaching is a monthly subscription.  Space is limited to 6 clients at any given time.

Payment is required on the 1st of the month to renew and hold your spot for the next month, unless multiple months have been paid in full.  

Check-ins may continue automatically, but plan adjustments will not be provided until the client's account has been made current.
