Services & Offerings
I strive to be a full-access resource for my clients by offering a multitude of services that all focus around your fitness and health. These services, when used together, will ELEVATE you to a higher level of healthy living!
Personal Training sessions are offered as 1-on-1 or partner sessions. These sessions last for 55-minutes, including a warm-up and cool-down. Work-outs are custom written based on your individual needs and goals. Equipment is not limited and could include free weights, machines, resistance, and mobility tools.
Online coaching does not involve any face-to-face interactions. This is designed for self-starters that just need accountability. You are provided with a road map (training and nutrition) and, through weekly check-ins, we adjust the plan to keep you on course to achieve your goals! Weekly check-ins include a weigh-in and conversation about training and diet issues or questions, and are scheduled on Saturdays. Any adjustments to the plan will be provided prior to the start of the following week. Zoom calls are preferred, but check-ins could be handled through simple email correspondence.
This is a monthly subscription that is not automatically renewed - space is limited to 6 clients at any given time.
The Recovery Room is exactly what it sounds like. This is the space where clients can focus on their health and wellness recovery. Separate spaces have been dedicated as a sauna or a cold plunge.
Using the sauna for muscle recovery, the heat opens up your blood vessels and relaxes muscles. That makes your body better able to carry oxygen and nutrients to those tired muscles, aiding in recovery.
Cold water immersion therapy has its own recovery benefits.
The cold temperature can bring down your metabolism, causing a slowdown in your breathing and sweating. The cold temperature will also reduce swelling and tissue breakdown and shift lactic acid away from your muscles. When you get out of an ice bath, your muscle tissues and your entire body will begin to warm up, which causes your circulation to increase and your muscles to relax.
Stretching and recovery is an after-thought for most people, especially after a work-out! However, the importance of stretching is key to muscle development and mobility. Stretch & Recovery sessions last for 30-minutes, and include a variety of individual and assisted stretches and movements. Sessions can be geared to focus on specific areas or include full-body.
Reiki treatments typically last for 60-minutes. These treatments do not require removal of clothing, or any movement from the client.
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, and reduces stress and anxiety. Energy is delivered to the client, improving the flow and balance of energy to support healing, through the gentle "laying of hands" of the Practitioner. As a provided service of Elevated Health & Fitness, Reiki is used as a supplemental form of recovery. However, the benefits of Reiki extend through the entire body and can help bring on a meditative state, foster tissue and bone healing after injury or surgery, stimulate your body’s immune system, promote natural self-healing, relieve pain and tension, and support the well-being of individuals after receiving medical treatments.
InBody Body Composition Scans typically take less than 30 seconds! This enhanced technology takes all of the guess work out of your fitness transformation journey. In a matter of seconds, we can identify (from your total body weight) how much is water, how much is dry lean muscle, and how much is fat. We will be able to track progress through body fat percentage changes, skeletal muscle mass improvements, and change in overall body weight. On top of that, we can identify imbalances of lean muscle mass throughout the body and make a path forward to improve any identified areas of deficiency!
Scans are recommended no more than every 2-4 weeks. InBody scans are included with the initial assessment of all new clients, as well as boot camp participants.
